  • I've been meaning to write you a huge thank you for weeks now!  I had an amazing summer, and it was almost entirely pain-free for my knees.  That fact seems crazy...they had hurt constantly for 3 years until I started coming to see you!  And, not only did the knees not hurt this summer, but they totally rocked!   I ended up backpacking 375 miles!  I never would have guessed that that was possible, and I am so grateful for the experience. K.P.
  • I had a swim lesson today with Allison Wagner, with whom I had several lessons before I hurt my shoulder. She complimented me on the increase in rotation, and also on my stronger hip flexors, which have improved my breaststroke kick...My shoulder actually feels quite a bit better, and I'm able as well to carry more with that arm than I could before the treatment--a happy outcome! Today's treatment really helped with the amount and ease of rotation I experienced in the pool--noticeably less discomfort. M.C.

  • Working with Lisa was a pleasure and a true gift to myself. Lisa’s expertise and caring nature toward me made the treatments something I looked forward to each week. . The results definitely removed fine lines and gave me a rested a more relaxed look. My eyes seem more open and my forehead smoother. From the inside I felt my face was more open to life and more willing to be my authentic self. I loved the facials of delicious and fragrant natural products, which were a part of every treatment. At the end of a treatment the facial seemed to soothe and uplift my face and I felt great when I left. I highly recommend the facial treatments with Lisa. D. Christie
